My wife and I drove from Alabama to attend a college football game in College Station in October, 2017. My wife made reservations on the Choice Hotels website. When I checked the reservations, she had reserved 3 rooms for the same night, an obvious mistake. She then called to correct and had to talk to the motel directly. Mr. Patel, the owner, refused to correct the mistake because this was a non-cancellable reservation. After a call or two, Mr. Patel agreed to change 2 of the rooms to a Friday and Saturday night stay, but still charge for the 3rd room. I then called Choice Hotels customer service and got no help. I asked to meet with Mr. Patel during our stay, but, he said he would be off at that time. After arriving for our stay, the front desk told he would be in the next day and maybe he could straighten our mess out. I never saw Mr. Patel. To make things better, I received checkout papers after our first night's stay, plus I received an alert from my credit card that I had been charged for the 4th night. I went to the front desk immediately and was told Mr. Patel would have to correct this problem, as well. After the second night, I received an alert that I was charged an additional $30. At checkout, the front desk assured me that Mr. Patel would correct this problem. I received an alert while traveling home that one charge had been removed. My credit card company had the handle the additional $30 charge. Avoid this motel!
WORST EXPERIENCE AT A HOTEL EVER! They charged me three times and wouldn't fix it when I called and brought it to their attention. Wish I could give them no stars but google can't post no stars!
Room was great. It was a busy weekend during my stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean a d comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff had a hard time keeping up with the dam and in the morning. I will definitely stay there again.
Very nice rooms, we had a king suite. The front desk clerk was very sweet and helpful. Our room was very clean and the beds are very comfortable!!!
Nice hotel. Clean, well maintained rooms. Nice outdoor pool. Hotel was being renovated but was in good condition. Very friendly, accommodating staff.
