I came from Maine to Texas on a work assignment. I stayed at this hotel for five weeks. The room was comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast was good and had options to choose from. All of the staff and the owners were so friendly and would all go out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and happy. I highly recommend this Best Western and I would absolutely make sure I stay here if I ever come back to this area!
While the breakfast and room were great we were not that impressed. I just want to point out that the front desk staff is AMAZING. Me and my family had a house fire and we needed to stay at a hotel and they cared so much. The owner on the other hand was very mean to her workers because they gave us 10% off. We had checked back in to another room and they told us that our pet had used the bathroom in 4 different spots and that we did not clean up in our last room. Mind I say that my pet is trained and does not use the bathroom inside or on furniture so either they mistakenly blamed us or they're just saying lies (cleaning staff complained). If I could individually rate the front desk staff I would definitely give them 5/5. I will not be returning to this hotel.
Enjoyed the stay! Good hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. Wish we could have tried breakfast, but we weren't up early enough.
This Best Western has an excellent staff. They are friendly and welcoming. The hotel room was spacious and just what we needed. The breakfast was nice. The woman who was setting it up was very helpful.
The room was nice and clean. The staff was very nice during check in and check out. There is laundry if needed. Free breakfast. A pool. There are several fast food restaurants nearby in walking distance if needed. There's also a couple convenient stores nearby. Wal-Mart is on the other side of the highway if you need anything from a bigger grocery store. Overall satisfied with my stay.
