creo que que el personal necesita ser un poco mas profecional tengo casi 2 meses tratando de agarrar una referencia de la Dr Johnson para un especialista para mi mama, pero la persona encargada nunca regresa las llamadas es realmente extresante entiendo que tienen muchos pacientes pero no tiene caso agarrar mas pacientes si no tiene la capasidad de poder atenderlos .
I had an appointment for an update on my BC, they pushed me back a whole month, I go to the appointment finally, I am there for 5 minutes! I never got to speak to my doctor, I did not have a consultation. They charged me 106.00 dollars for the visit only for me to have to schedule another appointment for an actual consultation and treatment to see an actual doctor. They tried to blame my insurance but they are the ones responsible for the charge. They charged myself and my insurance 106 dollars for a 5 minute visit and I never saw a doctor or received any type of help/treatment. This cannot even be justified! It is wrong in such a terrible way. I only walked in and walked out. Never using these crooks again.
