POOR, POOR, POOR customer service. I am a mother of an almost 2 year old little girl and had called this company 3 months prior to our event. I attempted to book and pay the deposit or total amount if necessary - no problem!!!! I was told I was put down on the calendar and I could call back to pay at a later time. Uncomfortable with putting it off - I called back 6 weeks prior to our event and was told - sorry we already gave your spot away to someone who put there deposit down. The owner verified that I had told her I would pay what I needed to at the original conversation, but there was nothing she could do at this time! I don't write many reviews, but this one had to be told! SHAME ON YOU!
