Was not very happy ordered a small flower arrangement for my daughters birthday and she received a small stuffed animal with 4 little balloons tied to it. Was very disappointed will not use them ever again.
I recently ordered a Homecoming Mum from my local florist in Hempstead, Texas. When I arrived to pick it up, they said that they didn't have anything for me and they didn't make it right or wouldn't fix anything up for me at the last minute. I was very upset. In a panic I called Ya Ya's Florist in Navasota, Texas. By the time I found them - they only had about 2 to 3 hours to get something ready for me. They were willing and ready to take on the task. When we arrived to pick up the mum, it was ready. It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! I have no idea how they worked their magic so fast. The staff was so courteous and professional. Everyone was so friendly and took the time to visit. I would highly recommend this florist to anyone. Very personable and caring especially when you are in a bind. They are AWESOME!!!
