1st vibration in the tires. They told me I needed new tires and I went to a tire shop, no issue there.
I paid $100 for them to do nothing. I will happily tow my dodge the 30 miles to my other mechanic from now on.
3rd the trailer plug wasn't working. They told me whoever installed it did a bad job with the clips and wiring. I asked them to fix it.
Guy didn't even attempt to sell the car!
I've taken my Dodge to Team Navasota for the last year to do some minor repairs. This last time I was do disgusted with their work I won't do it again. I had three issues.
Service writer and Mgr Phillip was very helpful in getting my vehicle in and out in a timely manner
As someone who does my own work on the vehicial when I have time. I saw very quickly a loose bracket bolt that needed to be tighten and that fixed the muffler. They did fix the power issue to the trailer wire, but didn't fix the shotty work they said needed to be fixed.
2nd the muffler is vibrating really bad. They said I need a new muffler.
